Body work/ belt issue on the clunker

i got the sable.... Within the past week we have done a full tune up on the engine...and replaced the serpentine belt 3 times. I am beginning to think it is somethign with the pulleys. We set the tension on it yessterday because the tension was too high. Any other ideas? Also, i had mentioned before, it needed body work. Any ideas on places to go to the door fixed. At the moment it will open from the outside only. We tore apart the door and found the rod and clamp to the latch on the handle to open the door from the inside is stripped. Everytime you pull on the handle, the rod falls out of the clamp. Also the window track got pushed and is sitting n top of the rod clamp. Any ideas? I know its a peice of junk, but I need something for work and school.

the back bumper is loose and needs to be put on again, or just replaced....

front fender area is scratched from the accident, but doesnt need to be replaced....

its not too too bad. This waa my car back in high school and it has been sitting since may of 2006 in New Mexico heat. We have cleaned the engine and interior about 8 times and it is still caked with sand and dirt. Also am going be replacing the engine and transmission within the next two months. both are original on the car. Currently has 194k miles on it. if anyone has any recommendations foo the work on the car please let me know t The only thing i really really need to do is replace the door because my family is having a fit about the safety issue with not being able to open the door from the inside. they wont ride in it or go near it lol. they think it is going to just fall apart in the drive way.

that don't look too bad. don't replace the motor and trans unless you have to. that's just loseing money. is the lower a pillar bent? or is it just the door fucked up? u-pull only charges like $30 for a complete door.
A friend asked me if I wanted a frozen banana, I said "No, but I want a regular banana later, so Yeah."

The clip that holds the rod in on the door latch is plastic right, and thats what is stripped right. stop by tousley and buy a new clip for $3.00 and put it in your self. It is really easy and I am pretty sure that that clip is available at tousley

the clip is fine. its the rod that is scewed up. As far as the door, i just need to get it so it can open and close and be functional. I know it is stupid to spend the money for a new engine and tranny, but its all i can get right now. my credit is so bad I cant even get a car for a grand. So im better of saving up and replacing the parts on this clunker then being back at square one of having no car at all. I rpolly wont be able to even get a used car for about another year if not longer.
