I find this hiliarious. Last night some cop came to my house for a suppose noise complaint. It was from our house though. Well the cop comes in and ask to see ID from everyone. I got woken up for all this so my wallet was downstairs with my ID in it. I started to go down stairs and the cop questioned me on what I was doing. I told very calmly and politely, I am going to go now to my bedroom and get my ID. The cop then procudes to start yelling at me for breaking a law for not having my ID on me at all times. I fought the fact that for 1. I had just been woken up. 2 I was in my own home. He said that didnt matter. I needed to always have it on me. At this point, Im becoming pissed off and irritated. I sarcastically asked so that includes we have to have the ID with us in the shower? He states YES. So I went with it and asked where am i suppose to keep my ID? ( I wanted to add something smart like in my ass crack...but decided not to.) He said I was suppose to hold on to my ID while in the shower. I just stood there trying not to laugh. Meanwhile he pulls out his little ticket book and honestly starts writing me a citation for not having an ID on me. I went into the Osseo Police department this morning and talk with a few people. They dropped the citation after I explained what happen. It gets even better though. The cop wrote the report and included all my comments and the fact that I had said I would get it from downstairs. The cop at the department said it would have been different if I had refused to get my ID for the cop.
Just wanted to know what other people thought of this....

If that stories true, that is the a cop so full of himself he has a spare ego in case one gets damaged. What an ass hat. He should be fired for something that stupid. At least take away his gun and give him a desk job.

the sad part of it is, we didnt get a citation for the noise complaint....but we should have. My cousin and his friends were in the back yard with music full blast and drinking. I think the cop forgot the reason he got called to our house.

The name on his shirt said "Officer Torning" didn't it?

I could totally see him doing that to someone just for the fun of it

As well you should, It makes an old man proud knowing that fine young men like yourself are out there protecting the world from all those hooligan scofflaws and their horribly dangerous window tint.
