WTB: 16" stck rims with or without snow tires

I need a set of winter tires and wheels. If you have a set you want to get rid of let me know. They're going on an SVT, so they must be 16". I'm looking to spend under $200 for bare wheels.

After pricing out snow tires I've decided to try and go with some better all-season tires. Thanks for the replies though! 
Kyle, what are you looking to get for the E1s? They're almost exactly what I'm looking for.
