Does anyone have halo projector headlights on their focus? Is the halo always lit when the car is on? Does the halo turn on with parking lights on? Are these lights street legal? Are they brighter than our factory headlights? Do they take regular bulbs when they burn out? Sorry for all the questions...saw some for 2005 ZX4. 4-doors on ebay and the price is resonable. I think I will get them, depending on the feedback I get from you guys...and gals!

I have them on my 06 St. The halos and L.E.Ds are powered by its own set of wires. Green and black for the halos and red and black for the L.E.Ds. Then they come together into a plug going from four wires down to two: a red and black. You can hook them up any way you want to. With the the headlights, parking lights, or you can hook them up to a switch. Mine are hooked up to a wireless switch with a key fob to turn them on and off when I want. I'm not sure if they are street legal but I have been running them for a few weeks now and I have never been pulled over for them. As for brightness the low beams are not bad. The light is shot right in front of the car in a nice spread. The high beams do kind of shoot the light all over so there is no light focused in one spot. As for light bulbs they use H1 and H7 bulbs. I think H7 were the lows and H1 for the highs. If you do buy them make sure you get the ones with the ccfl halos, they are really bright and look really nice.
I took some pics to try to give you some idea of what they are like. If you get them and need help I'm more than happy to help you put them on. Hope this helps

the halos aren't illegal. they are forward facing white lights, they are just like running light. the leds though. they kinda look blue, which could be illegal depending on tint. i have blue headlight that are legal. if they ain't any bluer then my headlights, then they'll be ok. if/when i get mine i'm going to hook them up to the parking lights.
A friend asked me if I wanted a frozen banana, I said "No, but I want a regular banana later, so Yeah."

Allright....so there are about 90 choices for halo's on ebay. The prices range from 214.00 for the pair and up. I know I need to get the CCFL Halos, but besides that, should I go with any specific seller, brand, type, etc.? Or, just get the cheapest CCFL Halo's listed for sale?
