And as for time, as early as you can make it. just to get them positioned and such. Is it going to be just tractors or trailers also?

ok, well then it should be that difficult for him. Maybe just shoot to get there before 10, maybe 9:45ish? I'll probably get there around 9 so whenever after that is good i guess.
