ok so some of you know that my old 08 Focus got freakin hit by some dumb person in a parking ramp...... well insurance company ( dont ever go with Allstate... I am stuck with them for a little while longer and am still pissed at them....)was being stupid. Claims I could have prevented the damage by having parked in a different spot.....bogus. So I ended up having to do a trade in.... dont get how that all worked out since the old one was totaled.... idk. parents are cosigned on it so they did most of the crap with the insurance company. The truck dude didnt have insurance..... he only got a ticket for no insurance...thats it! so I have a different 2008 ford focus.... although its pretty much the exact same thing. same color. Still an SE..... only thing is this one has higher miles ( 12000. Mine only had 8000) plus I went from a 6 disc cd player to a one ( easy to change I know) and the transmission is shot to hell on this one. How you kill an automatic transmission in less than 5000 miles I dont know. This guy who had it before me has already replaced the transmission on it once. Thats why he gave it up. I dont really notice it unless I accelerate hard or do over 75 on highways..... which I do all the time so yea. Thought Id let all of you know. If you see a 2008 blue focus in minnetonka area with some funky tribal design on the back end thats prolly me. Ill try and get some pics up soon.

A friend asked me if I wanted a frozen banana, I said "No, but I want a regular banana later, so Yeah."

FYI, all insurance are cheap, how else would they make money. If they don't give you a fair price, call and bitch until they do.

I was referring to paying out on a claim, not how much you pay for your coverage. And holy shitlol hahah my insurance is far from cheap they are trying to get me to paying over 600.00 for one freakin car. no, rates ain't cheap. you didn't say anything bout payouts. plus, it still doesn't work like that. the accident with my car happened in NOVEMBER. they aren't agreeing to anything more. i have proven it and given them pictures and paper work. they don't even believe something they proved themselves wrong on. so, if you think you can get more money on a pay out for bitching at them with allstate (or many others) you're just dumb.closetfordfan wrote:FYI, all insurance are cheap, how else would they make money. oh, btw blue.. it's a shared fault state. no matter what you'r at fault 10%. allstate is also BS. they say a hit and run when you can't even see your car is 100% you fault if noone owns up to doing it. and they say snow isn't weather

Did you read the whole second post, I clear stated I should have been more specific in the first post. Rates are pretty cheap if your over 25, which I am, and don't have a shitty driving record, I a good driving record.no, rates ain't cheap. you didn't say anything bout payouts.
I don't know anything about you accident, and if you posted it mnfocus I don't care enough to search for the thread.plus, it still doesn't work like that. the accident with my car happened in NOVEMBER. they aren't agreeing to anything more
If the insurance already proven themselves wrong, call a lawyer that offer free consultations they will tell you if you have a case.i have proven it and given them pictures and paper work. they don't even believe something they proved themselves wrong on.
I used bitching as a figure of speech, do you take everything literally? Also I tried to clear that up in the second post. Did you read any of the second post?so, if you think you can get more money on a pay out for bitching at them with allstate (or many others)
you're just dumb.

600 per month for ONE car. Im the only driver on the policy. ive found a couple for cheaper...like 250 and 300. Just gotta come up with the deposit to start the policy. yea I dont like allstate. I have a pretty clean record...but am under the age of 21.... as of right now but only for a few more months. I havent had any speeding tickets and was in 2 accidents. the one was a blown out tire and they filed it as a accident. im like WTF???? I didnt hit anyone or anything. The 2nd was the truck backing into my car... and my insurance saying i was at fault for parking it there... ugh... stupid allstate.

I've been in two fairly serious accidents and both times the other driver was found 100% at fault and their insurance took care of everything with no hit to my coverage.
Once I was hit head on by a Subaru in a snowstorm that crossed into my lane and the other was two years ago when I was rear ended sitting at the end of a line of cars at a stop light.
