Non Focus discussion. Pretty much other cars and off topic stuff.

Hey Steve, does Ford offer a Bike rack for The Focus? I'm looking at getting one and if I could get one from Tousley it might be cheaper.
Let me know

The only Rack Ford offered was the Kona rack, which was disco'd last year. I had the last one reserved, but went with a different rack so I did'nt have to drill any holes into the car...

I dont want holes!!!!! I was looking at Yakima racks and a google search brought up ford racks made by yakima. i didn't know that they had to be drilled. I can buy a Yakima clip on mount at REI for about 450, but i would much rather get one for less

I don't know about Yakima. I have a Thule and love it. It just kinda clamps on. Hard to explain, but I put laminX down on the paint before I mount the pads so I have no problems.

I just talked to him today at work and that rack is no longer available. I also talked to our after market accessories guy (mike) and he can't get any after market ones because his distributers don't carry them. I guess I am stuck going with after market.

I thought the ones BATinc had were similar to the Kona racks...but I could be wrong...might want to research it before you buy one...

i think that is the same, and i bolts right on the "holes" that are already in the car, but it doesnt look that good quality like yours.
