I got hit in a parking lot about a year ago..the thing i learned was that the police wont respond to a non injury crash on private property it sucked becuse it turned into he said she said crap...so i still have damage on my car from this..

police report was filed. didnt say anything because there was no witness or injuries. i got hi after hours so the parking ramp was pretty much empty. that was what really pissed me off. he had a 4 story parkign ramp with no one parked around him and decides to hit me.

no unfortunetly my company is way too cheap to afford camera in the parking lot. He got a few small fine for drving uninsured. Told the cops that he didnt see my car

had that happen to me once before, then the guy got mad at me for hitting my car, and he didnt have insurance.. and got even mad about that... said he was gonna "put a bullet in my ass" for being parked in a target lot at the end of the row. then when the cops came.. they took him in cause he was high as a kite

That is the good side, your getting out of the 08 Focus, which if you've checked prices, have done nothing but drop since it came out. So the sooner you get the money out of it, the better...

yea. insurance company told me i could decide if I wanted to total it or not. Talked to a few people on here yesterday for feed back. insurance company was pushing more to not total it...but we suspect the frame is bent. I know the fender and drivers door took the worse of the impant. And for the rapirs to be done it would cost around 8 grand. So Look like Ill be doing CPR on the 03.
