That's a chop of my wagon done by Organized on FF/FJ. I asked for the chop on FJ cause I wanted to see what I was thinking. The original pic was from Steve's Focus show. And yeah, it's pretty dam cool. Somebody should do it. It's assured Focus Fame

If done, you'll need to use the Wagon chassis, then get the roof, door, and b pillar from a 2dr hatch. Would be alot cooler then the short door model.
Pants too tight, wheels so bright!

yeah, i was thinking bout that. if you use the 4dr setup you would have alot of adding behind the door for the seat to be fully useful. the 2dr would give it a few more inches and not look too stupid with the extra metal behind the door. the nice thing bout lift gates in this project is you can use it for the rear of the cab. anyone PS that with the 4DR? or PS a 2dr pickup?
cand the wagon carry more weight? how much longer is the wagon then the others

I alsways thought if Al had the right wagon it would be a good candidate for this, but I am not a body man and I don't have that deep of a pocket.

"Ute" is an Australian term for a Ranchero/El Camino type vehicle.
Go look up Ford of Australia and check out the cars they've got over there, it'll make you cry.

Steve is right about that it'll make you hate Ford and Chevy that much more.
