BLUE LED STROB LIGHTS 12v

i ordered orange ones off ebay and got sent blue. the guy wanted me to pay $35 to shipp them back to china and he'd refund maybe $40 (=$5 returned + i have nothing)..... so i kept them. figured i'd try to sell them.

i need $80 for the 8 lights and the controller. i'll do $65 for just the lights

are they made for a light bar? or are they able to be put in head or tail lights?
