Steve,

Since I haven't installed mine yet how are the "super blades" working in the winter? Do they ice up and lose effectiveness like conventional blades?

Thanks,
Brian

Meh, They are good but I switched to winter blads. The fancy smancy ones didn't seem to be heavy enough for the ice and snow.

They work fine for me, they do pick up a bit of ice though so you have to give the the obligatory smack against the windshield occasionally.

I'm using one Ford wiper, and one Michelin edge wiper blade. They seem to work the same, and when frozen do lose alittle effectiveness. No different then normal crappy metal blades.

i'd like to see some more details pics of these super lades. i had wipers like the mich ones on my G6, but ya snap them once to get the ice off and the ends break (the ones for the G6 are special and can only get at dealer fo $40+). and i have/had a mich one on the hatch of the zx3, it always misses the middle of the window.

To the naked eye, they are the same. Not much I can do after the Ford blades clip broke and left a nice crack in my windshild...:(
