tuning software?
I need the ability to tune the ecu for each application as I see fit.I have some experience chip tuning with hex editors so thats not out of the question as well.Any links or info would be geatly appreciated.

SCT is generally what everyone uses. I'll have mine in a few weeks. I can swing by and show it to you if you want. Comes with a data logger and everything. www.sctperformance.com

Also hitech out of Ramsey, MN tunes fords with Diablo Sport chips. Diablo and SCT are the two really popular chips for tuning.

i got my chip dyno tuned by hitech and they did a great job, i can only say good things about them.
