I got back from Laguna today. My dad and i went out for the last ALMS race of the season. It was a great weekend. The Patron car qualified 1st, but unfortunately had some power steering problems during the race and finished 16th.

Looks like a great time, Davids dad signed my shirt and my sons shirt at Road America a few years ago. Quite the family.

I got to see the United States Road Racing Championship Series here in the Twin Cities the last year they ran the Minneapolis Grand Prix. It was 1998. I believe this eventually became the ALMS. The Dyson Fords were dominating. The car I like the best was the original Panoz Esparante GT-R. Very cool. It won the GT class.
