Who can build me a banner ad?

The title pretty much says it all, I'm looking to have a banner ad done up so I can get in on various websites and I really have no idea where to go to get this done.

Anyone here do that stuff?

I'd even be up for using a few customer vehicles in the banner if anyone wanted their car on there in a rotating pic cycle or something.
