Ok, first off, they got rooked on some crucial non-calls for pass interference and on the challenge. All potential game changers. But dam is they didn't look totally out of sync. Kick off's were terribly short. The inept secondary giving up the big plays. Darren Sharper doesn't fall on the fumble. Defensive penalties inside the 5. Tavaris throwing balls into the turf. Looks like a typical Brad Childress team. Super Bowl? Not this team. That was a horribly called/coached game.

I stopped watching football about 8 years ago, I was a huge Vikings fan back in the days when we had the monster defense with guys like Browner, Studwell and Randle and even earlier with the Purple people eaters of the seventies.
Remember when other teams were actually scared of our defense?
The Vikes have not been able to connect a good offense and defense at the same time since the seventies, In the eighties we had awesome defense but the offense was lacking, then when the offense di pick up the defense fell apart.
Between that and having that imbecile Denny Green running the team I couldn't stand it anymore.
Wheres Bud Grant when you need him, I'd bet even now he could whip a team into shape.

I laughed so hard at Zygi Wilf sitting all alone. The I laughed at T-Jack for a while then I cried when I was out of ice cream. If the defensive back is looking back he is allowed to touch the receiver, those "No calls" were good no calls. There were plenty of calls in that game, they didn't need more.

The Vikes will be terrible as long as Jackson QB. The Defense would look better if wasn't always playing from behind, it allow the opposing offense to take alot of risks. I think its Booty time at QB, as in John David Booty.
