New shift knob, kind of counts as two because besides looking different and feeling much better it also shortened my shift lever by about an inch. Big thanks to Hotrodwagon for tracking it down for me.

And my new window decorations,

The lower rh corner of the knob. Knob looks good but I'd clean the knob off before the wife sees it.
What is the fascination with Nurburgring? I know a couple of MNFOCUS guys sport the decal.
Home of the Autobahn? Please fill me in.

The fascination is with the greatest road course on the face of the earth, 14 miles and 174 turns.
What do you have for a PC. You need some driving simulators like Grand Prix Legends or GT legends. There are also good versions on some console games but I've never tried those.
You do know you can about quadruple your current PC for about $400.00 at Best Buy these days, My home PC is five years old but just getting to the point where it's having speed issues with software (ie game graphics).grocerygetter wrote:FORDSVTPARTS wrote:It's the reflection of the red inserts in my SVT interior "noob"grocerygetter wrote:Hey in that top view is that lipstick on your knob?

Thanks guy's I wik'ed it after asking... PC??? still living in the early nineties, I think, running a PIII at 866mhz with 768Meg ram with a decent (for then) agp 4x graphics card all on my third motherboard and still using Win 98.My original hard drive is just now making noise (3.8 gig) and I have backed it up on the 120gig I installed about a year ago so when it takes a dump I'm covered. I keep threatening to buy a new or at least newer one but when I get some money I spend it on stuff like
throttle bodies, Cossie CAI, Stainless exhaust, ITB Intake Manifold, Instrument cluster w/tach, Fog lights, FL bezels, Headlamp switch, new antenna, Escape rear wiper assembly, a couple of sets of green LED's, A pair of red LED clusters for mounting under the front seats to provide rear floor lighting for guests, Clear Markers, another set of headlamps for future replacement, a set of SAP upper and lower grill inserts, aluminum grill material, a couple of Ford badges for grilles, and other tidbits here and there. I guess I should be ashamed
of wasting my money on the car and set my self straight
and buy a new computer along with upgrading my ISP so I am no longer stuck on 56k.

haha now that would be sweet!FORDSVTPARTS wrote: Wait, Maybe I could set something up in the Tousley conference room on the projection screen. Hmmmmmm. Someone would have to bring games and a console though.
Yeah I hear ya, I haven't really "needed" anything more, but it compared to the workstations at work well...Redlineracer12 wrote: I like the shift knob.
