Any ice fishermen?

Non Focus discussion. Pretty much other cars and off topic stuff.

I've been with my grandpa when i was a kid, but other than that... my buddy and I designed a horrible and very heavy wood house last year. It froze into the lake! I just bought a Clam 2000 for this winter to use mainly on Medicine Lake because it's in within walking distance. I dunno, maybe we could get a fishing GTG going?

I prefer store bought ice to "free range" ice, the wild stuff gets kind of gamey and you never know where it's been. :?

The first ever Frozen Focus GTG.....You would never catch me ice fishing. I'm not a northern native, and I can't stand to think of being out on the ice. But I hear it's pretty cool (no pun intended). I'm a puss when it comes to frozen lakes

You know what would be cool though?

A first annual Focus on the ice meet, Only problem would be all the sallies that store their cars for the winter.

I think we need to get something going in the G2G thread on this.

I've been ice fishing many times on Medicine Lake, as I grew up right by that lake. Been a while though.
Let's go boating.
