So I have been lucky so far, until today anyway... I have missed all the hail and bad weather as I sit here in my cube I can hear the windows getting pounded with the stuff here in Maplegrove, hopefully it's small stuff and not the reported .88 inch stuff reported just South in Plymouth.

A nice fat hail check could pay for a blower, You just have to be willing to drive a golf ball.HotRodWagon wrote:I hate hail damage. However, I would pay my deductable for a new paint job///

huh, if I get my car scientifically dented for speed then the only thing missing would be to have Tiger Woods wooping the car in the ass with a driver
luckily the big stuff missed us, we had pea to marble sized hail at work, just sounded sickening as it was smakin' the windows

I have already purchased a rebuildable core off of ebay, decent shape, looking into rebuild costs and maybe even having it ported to increase its thermal efficiency, I won't need the extra boost available with the port but reducing outlet temps by 40% prior to hitting the aftercooler would really help bring the AIT down and increase the density of the charge. Okay after I get a hold of a 2.3 to build and swap then I may want to push the 10-16 psi rangeFORDSVTPARTS wrote:A nice fat hail check could pay for a blower, You just have to be willing to drive a golf ball.HotRodWagon wrote:I hate hail damage.
