Rear bumper lip?

Ive seen a few cars around that have a lip on their rear bumper covers.

Those lips only work if you have a euro rear bumper.

There are a few US bumper'd lips tho. Ford make one, but is disco'd. Kaminari. Razzi. Steeda. and some other ones as well, but can't think of them...
Pants too tight, wheels so bright!
