Thats not too bad for a set of EuroTails.
I'm assuming the bottom bulb is orange? Those tails would match my InproST170 headlights, but that will just give these pricks of law enforcement more reason to dick with me.

yea they're aftermarket euro lights, so the bottom is an amber turn.

Talk to zurno. You can cut the 'tabs' off the US bulb holders. And kinda epoxy them in place. Ghetto but works great. Thats what I'm going to do. Otherwise VW carries the bulb holders. They are like $20 a piece though.
