i knocked my self out today at work. i ran head long into a steel door and opened it with out the handle , then my eyes werwe crossed for 5 min my head hurts... :?

I did that same thing yesterday, not a door I was walking across the shop and forgot to duck my head when going under drive on lift that was up. that thing is hard but didnt hurt me as bad
