Have plans been finalized for this event? I see that Doughboy asked who would bring Xbox systems and bar-b-que. I have a mini propane bar-b-que grill i can bring. But we should nail the date, time, location and who all is going for sure.

Also what is the parking situation? Any other concerns Doughboy/others may have about the meeting place?
