I can be happy, no tape or zip ties were involved. I hear some people really like them

It sounds and runs great. I now know why I was getting crappy fuel economy, my Permanent Stock Air Filter was all but plugged up @ 30,000mi. I can't imagine that it is suppose to be a permanent filter.

I use zip ties all of the time... at work

they have their place

Glad you like it, just remember next time you are under there to snug those bolts loose after the flanges heat cycle a few times, you shouldn't have any leaks that way;)

How is it for acceleration now? Any road drone?

Zip ties have there place, besides when was the last time you saw a winning show ride full of zip ties

or for that matter, how many zip ties do you find on a vehicle from the factory

better look at all yer hoses and conduits cheif. and well a good zip tie is a good replacement for a crap plastic pop rivit any day. i have zip ties holding my mani servo , my intake tube from floping around , but all things structual are bolted, welded, clampped.

What year is your shit box? TRhe early zx3's have the bolt holes for the IMRC.
