Head and Cam Tourqe Specs

Does anyone know what the head and cam tourque specs are on a zx3.

Holy fucking, my apps drive dissapeared, I had a tech manual.

NOTE: Working in several stages, evenly screw in the camshaft bearing cap bolts in the indicated sequence, half a turn at a time, and then tighten them down in two stages.

Tighten the camshaft bearing caps.
stage 1 10nm 7.38 foot pounds
stage 2 19nm 14.022 foot pounds

1 foot pound=12 inch pounds

CAUTION: Do not re-tighten the cylinder head bolts.

NOTE: Screw in the cylinder head bolts free of oil.

NOTE: Tighten the cylinder head bolts in three stages in the indicated sequence.

Attach the cylinder head.
Stage 1: 20 Nm 14.76ft pounds
Stage 2: 40 Nm 29.52ft pounds
Stage 3: 90 degrees
