Just thought I'd throw this out there (if you read your Coke cans you already know).

July 14 - 16 there is a car show in St. Cloud Minnesota (I don't know specifically what day the show is).
Friday night from 9p.m. to 11p.m. you get "free run" on Division Street, burn-outs and a little horse-play is tolerated by the police. As long as noone gets hurt or out of control the police just sit and watch.
