I have been part of the Focaljet community for about six years. I have finally had enough of thier bullshit and quite the site and took all of my information with me. I was sick and tired of being told I was wrong, even when I provided proof or my speculation proved to be right. I am not perfect and noone is. It seemed pretty sad to me that I was able to try and help so many but when I had a problem or question I got very little responce. I don't know if the majority of the crowd there hated me or thought I was a dumbass or what, but I think it was a sign as to FJ's lack of knowladge and unwillingness to post fact over fiction.
So here I am. I am a honest guy with nothing to gain by providing information other than a feeling of good about myself for helping others. I have had my car since Febuary of 2001 and have done all the work it currently has myself. I am a DIY guy and do not believe in sponsors. I think sponsors take the fun out of the "sport" (another reason I left FJ).
I am not farmiliar with the site so please give me some time to learn it. Once I do I am sure I can offer some good advice to the members on this board, and maybe you can offer me some good advice also.
I really don't like to brag about my car but I am sure the topic will come up at some point 'well why does he think he is so special?'. Which is warented. I should have to provide some type of information as to why I know what I do. So here goes the list of my mods (nothing new has been done for about 2 years):
Gutted interior, everything from the front seats back is gone
No a/c, the only part remaining that shows any sign that I ever had a/c is the button on the dash
Stock block
Stock tranny
I puttled the head off and did a gasket match porting job, mirror polish on the exhaust ports and left the intake ports somewhat rough
FC 4-2-1 1 3/4" header with their off-road pipe
SHM 2 1/4" exhaust
FC 65mm tb
FC crank and alt. underdrive pullies
Screamin' Deamon and Live Wires
Diablo Delta chip (old one)
Pro-M 70mm programed for 19# injectors
Esslinger adj cam gears
FC steel shiter base
a bunch of the FC billet knobs, switchs and covers
Granted it's not a great list but figure in the timeframe and it was not bad (3 years ago if not more). When I ran the car on the dyno 3 years ago I pulled 128whp and 128wtq, basically without any tuning. I didn't figure that was too bad.
I am currently collecting parts to do the svtf dsi swap, complete enging rebuild (it has 130,000 on it), probally deck and clearance the head (upp the compression to 12:1 or so and make it able to run E-85.
So that is a little about me, my plans and my car. If you think I can make a good addition to the MNFocus community I would sure like to hear it.

This is my partner in crime, so to speak...
He seen my AFR guage and came over with his pro-m maf, tore it out of his car even, and brought it over. We plugged it in, clear the codes, and I got a code for running rich...better then lean as fuck, car wouldn't do low idle though, I think it was becasue of the silicone he had on it from his maf housing. He lives like 5 miles away from me...
