00 zx3 rear bumper

i was just looking at the stock rear bumper and noticed that the stock unpainted lip seems to be a part of the bumper. is the unpainted "lip" part removable? if confused i can put a pic up

It was originally a seperate part but it is now part of the bumper cover.

What are you trying to do?

i'm trying to remove it so i can put a WW rear lip on it.... does this mean i ahve to cut it off?

I don't have an answer to that, I guess it depends on what's required to get your new lip on the car.
