I mean, a summer day, I don't care if someone is blasting their stereo as they drive by. Its not like they are parked out front of your house...

How about a bill banning stupid loud straight pipes on dog slow pickup trucks??
Even better, a ban on stupid loud straight pipes on Hardly Davidsons.
Maybe everyone should be forced to drive a Toyota Prius with the radio preset to NPR and no way to change it.
A ban on voting complete A$$wipes into public office would probably be a better option though.
I really don't have any strong feelings either way

sounds like some fun nazi has some sort of small weiner complex, i think that old farts drivin with there slow ass reflexes, and poor sight is atemmted murder, but now one is gonna take a 77 caddy davill away from miss daisy, that article is making me turn on all 900 watts in the appart as we speak, and im on my way down to the car were i have another 2600 watts to crank ... im pissed, old farts need to quit making decisions and relise that they are on borrowed time.... if its to loud.... die,and quit using my oxygen in the air, us young folk need it to fill it with air graffettie.... dumb asses .. i gotta go the police are here.

As stupid and a waste of money it is... it's pretty funny. Like you said though if they start doing that $hit in MN I'll have to watch my exhaust and get that silencer back on. GO GO RICER EXHAUST!!
