For Sale: Mah Cahr: $8,000 obo
That's right, you can own a piece of Focus history! (OK, it's not all that historic of a car, but it's been through quite a bit and it sounds better to say that you can own a piece of history). I've recently fallen in love with the Mazdaspeed 6, but I need to sell my Focus before I can buy one. So that means my baby is up for sale.

The car is heavily modified and runs great. A number of people can vouch for the car (Trahma and others). All modifications were installed by a Ford master mechanic (John Sullivan- aka noresull on certain forums). Tuning was done by Lidio of Alternative Auto in Detroit, Michigan.

That's all I can think of right now. There may be a few things I'm missing.
There are a couple minor issues with the car right now and I want to be totally up front about them:
The brake rotors need to be replaced. I can have this done before I sell the car or we can talk about compensation at the time of the sale
She does leak a little oil right now and I think it's from the oil pan. It's about 1 qt per oil change
The Clifford alarm recently freaked out and blew its fuse a couple times. I'm currently using the factory key fob for the power locks.
The light on the boost gauge is out. Just needs to be replaced and I haven't gotten around to it yet.

I've driven the cr each of the past 3 winters and she's never refused to start. The car pulls amazingly in the lower revs- crack the throttle in second and the tires will break loose at about 3300 rpm. Boost quilds quick and feels great. Handling is also amazing (at least when it's dry it is)- it can be a rough ride, but it's worth it when you hit a corner hard, apply a generous helping of throttle, and let the LSD claw you through.

If you have any questions, let me know. As far as selling her- the sooner the better. If someone is extremely interested and wants to buy her in a hurry, we might be able to chat about the price. I have a lot of time, money, and blood in to this car. I hate to see her go, but I want something thta will be just as much fun to drive but has 4 doors and a bit more luxury. There's always the option of keeping the car, gutting it, and turning it in to a track-day car. I'd rather have the money though. Plus it would be nice to see her go to someone who would continue the work I started and turn the car in to a beast (block can handle over 500 hp in current form).

Damnit! I need a daily driver and a 200whp Focus would do the trick. When you gonna come visit your cousins dude? We need to have a serious chat.

If you're serious, we can figure out a time to hook up. I don't have any work travel set up for at least the next two weeks, so a weekend or some weeknight will work.
Or, I might even be able to meet up with you some day at your work. (making my own schedule is pretty cool)

Do you work on Monday? I kinda have it off. If nothing else, I'll give you a call in the afternoon.

I took those pictures and I can vouch, this car is amazing. I love this thing and it sounds really good. If I had the cash and wasn't a low money high school student I wouldn't hesitate on buying this car. I want to see it stay here in the mnfocus family.

Thanks for all the compliments guys. I still love the car, it's still a total blast to drive, and I really enjoyed putting her together.
Sucka- thanks for the pics
Pappy- don't worry, I'll still stop by at meets. Besides, if I do end up with the Speed6, at least my engine will still be from the Focus family.
Zurno- Let me know if you're serious and want to check it out in person.

I'm probably sending in my credit app to the dealership today- one step closer to driving home in a Mazdaspeed 6.
