This isn't mine, but I know the guy who's selling it. He's an Audi mechanic and takes good care of things.

Had timing corrected , exhaust cam was off 4 teeth, intake cam off 3 teeth

Really? Something was wrong with it and it's been repaired and that means it's unsellable? You only buy new?

I read it as it might not be fixed.
btw, 1 tooth on the cam is 4.5 crank degrees, 18 & 13.5.
Add to that the high miles and the previous accident and I just don't see it as a $3,000 car.
