SVT lumbar knob removal

Anybody know how to take the lumbar knob off without doing damage to the seat or the knob? I do need to put it back on (and have it stay on) after I'm done with my repairs. I googled it and as usual I got nowhere.

I tried coping the work shop manuel from ford's website, but couldn't. looks like you go in with two screwdrivers and pry out. if you have an email I can try sending it that way
