Just bought a 2007 ZX4. Reverse works fine, 1st works fine. Won't up shift though. I'm thinking shift solenoid. Any other thoughts? Something less messy I should check first?

Could check fluid, see of anything is in it, or if it's fried swap it out. If not that, swap out the valve body and see if there is any change. Either that or the gears are simply fried already, or the clutches are bad. Idk autos are lame anyway. Swap it!

I have a scann tool. We could see if the shif seliniods are working. Prety common for the selinoids to take a shiz. Its just finding which one.
