Front License Plate (or lack thereof)

Okay, I haven't had my front license plate installed for a few years now, on account of it ruins the appearance of the car. Did I mention that it ruins the appearance of the car?
I got stopped yesterday for - you guessed it - no front plate. Fortunately I got off with an admonition to install the plate and a reminder that the State of Wisconsin requires it - with a $150 penalty for nonconformance.
The front bumper cover was replaced a cupla years ago after I hit el gato in the dead of winter. I had the license plate holder holes filled-in so it really looks nice.
Anyway, can anyone provide some ideas (as well as pics) of a good alternate location for the front plate (Did I mention that the stock location ruins the appearance of the car?)?

You could move to Florida, the weather is nice and they don't have imbeciles forcing you to run a front plate and you can have decent tint too.

Is there a decent place to mount this on the SVT Focus? The SVT bumper and dam are pretty flimsy; i.e.: almost no support at the bottom.

I have mine on my flip down visor, but I'm pretty sure it's still not legal. Oh well....

Frickin' jinx
Got pulled over for no front plate and tint twice today.
Ticket for the plate, warning for tint.
I'm not changing either.
But my speedo must be off. Read 65+ (55mph zone) and no mention of speed either time.
Funny part is the other car, the front tabs are 4 years old. Not a single LEO even catches that.

We'll see if I get pulled over for the next 20 days or so. Gonna go pick up my new car in about half an hour and I requested that they don't put the front plate holder on, I have a hide away one on order already. It's too clean looking to put a front plate on though.
That's right it's a new 2012 Camaro SS/RS manual with the Factory Hurst short shifter. SUCK IT!

The stripes are not black and that is why I have looked up a potential vanity license plate that reads "NOTABEE". It's available and it looks like I am going to have to go for it.
