Went last night and had a great time, I have to say that once again I was disappointed in Fords choice to have the Focus ST and GT500 up on pedestals where you couldn't sit in them.
Seriously, It's a Focus and a Mustang, Why u lock me out?
I can walk 60 feet and crawl all over the inside of a $120k Audi AND play with all the gadgets but I can't sit in a Focus? I think GM had some of their stuff locked too but I didn't stop in their area long enough to be sure.

True that Steve. I feel the same way.
I might go tomorrow night.

Make sure you go for the demo ride in the Jeep, I'd never own one but the demo ride they have set up is really cool.

I heard the Jeep display was the big attraction this year, I'll check it out. I like me a good 2 door wrangler.

Hey I fixed everything I have broke over the past few years and all the stickers I have on the car have to count for something right?

You want a real ride in a Jeep, come on a trail ride with us sometime.

What is silly is that "Jeep" doesn't sell anything but the Wrangler that I would identify as a Jeep anymore.

They had a Transit Connect, I am not sure what year it was. I didn't really look close.

Some years ago (2005?) I attended the LA Auto Show. Not THAT's an auto show. Displays by Porsche and Maserati (to name a couple) were larger than the Ford or GM displays here. And, you could actually sit in some of these (if you asked).
The exception was the Veyron. You could get close enough to spit on it (if you were so inclined), but it was roped-off, with an appropriate number of Secret Service-like goons guarding it.

You could sit in them at the Detroit Auto Show...Just sayin....
But I drove that GT500 last winter, had it over a weekend. It was a BEAST!
