2008 motor and 5speed into a 2006 automatic????

i havent looked into it yet, but im pretty sure i blew a head gasket on my race car, (2006 ZX5 with an automatic) well a guy has been trying to sell me a rolled over 2008 4 door with a 5 speed manual (i really want the manual in my car) so im considering buying it to swap both the motor and tranny.
is this a strait bolt in conversion, or what am i getting myself into? ive done alot with the older focus' with the zetecs, but nothing on this car yet
