Good thing you weren't around the weekend I had asked about looking at it.

If you have comp, you should have taken it.
Once upon time I asked my insurance agent. If I sell a car to a person that gives me a check, and the check turns out to be bad, is the car then considered stolen? Answer, yes. And a stolen car falls under comp claim. Mind you, I'm sure it would be a pain to deal with the paperwork to prove it.

Trust me it was temptin. They were gonna give me 4100 for the car and stereo and then they asked if i take a check....people still write checks? Who the hell dont bring cash to buy a car. But it was going to a nice young man for.college which is the perfect type for my car. I am hoping that there will be more.. i keep getting trade offers like a s10 blazer and a x box or a ninja 250, my car will smoke a two fiddy! :?

Should have said yes as long as they didn't mind driving to the bank the check was drawn from and wait while you cashed it.
