I have a few parts cars, so it's possible I'd have one, but I don't know what IMRC stands for.

Intake manifold runner control. It's an SVT specific part that controls the dual stage intake. Essentially, it's just a linear actuator.

Sounds like one of those parts that would be about unpossible to find used (that works anyway)
