IMRC issues

My IMRC actuator is making a continuous pulsing noise. Any ideas? I don't really need to drive it until Monday, but I'd like to not cause any additional damage. Any help is appreciated.

Fixed it for free with a crimp-on ring terminal and a machine screw.

Let's see how long it lasts, I fixed mine in a similar fashion the first time it broke but since the IMRC pulls constant tension on the lever it broke about six months later.

Yeah... It didn't actually fix it. Turns out the IMRC died. It pulses 10 times or so when I start the car, then nothing. The cable never moves.

No problem glad I could help and thin out my garage a tiny bit... I've got a SVT and a Falcon in there somewhere and some bike frames...
