Site was sorta hacked

Some of you may have noticed there were issues with on some pages (most notably view new posts) you were getting redirected to a .ru domain. The hosting account I use was hacked and it's taken me about a week to track down the issue but it should be resolved now. There may be a few things not working properly, if you noticed anything, please feel free to post here and I'll do what I can to resolve the issue.
