What he is trying to say is that Tom will promise over and over again that he will ship everything out on time, and that all your products were shipped at the same time, but for some damn reason he comes up with excuses on shipping.
Just ask Mr. Doughboy or Mr. Pitch Black both have gotten fucked by Tom and his poor customer service, he may have a great product but his Customer service is fawked.

I got my(now nils) clutch in about 2 months. I think thats pretty good for Tom.
