I feel a sudden need to drive to Mankato....

How much does this improve the throttle response?

I'm really interested....

I have school at night and work in Plymouth from 6am-2:30pm right off of 494 and county road 6 so time to meet is tight. Would you be willing to meet me at my work? If so I'll take it!

These things make a huge difference in throttle response and drivability, you won't really see any horsepower gain unless you go FI with it but it'll feel a LOT stronger.

The throttle body itself can't cause a lean code, something else would have to cause it.
