Great to meet you! almost missed it . Nice pics. My long time friend called at last minute his dad just passed on that was his dads 32 ,2 nd to last pic. Suprised to find there is a real FRS in Dayton Mn. Those two Brits were great chaps. Get on that pump mod. Was there a class for the little cars? Your car looked very good!! the sun came out!!

Almost stopped by the show but just didn't have time. Looks like a decent turnout.

Steveo you need to grabe the Bizz. From those Brits that build those Rally Fiestas in Dayton Mn . They said they may go to cars & coffee 1st sat In Oct, we should have a group meet to park next them. Wheels & wings was great this year, 5th fastest car in the 1/4 mile radar run was a focus 109 mph missing 4 th gear. Guys sitting nexto pbzx3 & i were laughing " oh look grannies focus is going to run" they were shocked!!! Many new Mustangs ran Paul calls them Mustanks!!! It fits!

Is that the same FRS that was at BIR this year for MAPerformance? If so, that thing is SICK! I hope it'll be at Apple Valley this weekend, because I'll more than likely be hovering around that for most of the day.

Not out to build up a trophy collection but when a 30 footer falcon gets one and 99 mustangs get one just seams like we were not welcome?? Stilz, pbzx3 were there as well. It is a mustang show. Not focus fokes. I have always wondered why you have to pay to show your cars ???

I sort of understand, that's why I stopped going to SVT club meets but going to a show with a bunch of other Focus guys just to hang out is always a good time.
Too bad they don't run auto crosses at more shows, that'd put the 'Stang guys in their place trying to match the times of a sad little Focus.

Well if I'm going to get mentioned, I better chime in on this.spudo wrote:Not out to build up a trophy collection but when a 30 footer falcon gets one and 99 mustangs get one just seams like we were not welcome?? Most of the classes in the shows are based on certain types of cars, and yes (unfortunately) there are a LOT of mustang classes, but that's because there happen to BE a lot of mustangs. If there were more cars participating on a regular basis, there would be more classes. I.E. If more foci showed up... there might be an individual focus class.
I can't speak for this years show that just happened, but last year I enjoyed a couple of great shows with these guys. I enjoy the fact that they actually DO stuff... instead of having small groups get together, then cliqs form.
Take my words with a grain of salt, I have been in a desolate sand box for half a year.
BTW HI EVERYBODY!
