Man, what a difference over the standard ZX3 brakes.

I'm not sure they work any better than the drums since 70% of the braking is done by the fronts but they sure look a hell of a lot nicer.

They absolutely work better than the stock ZX3 stuff.

Cool!
How long did it take to convert the rear drums to discs?

I noticed a big difference between my old drum brake Foci and my SVT, yes the SVT has larger fronts as well but those rear drums really don't do much more than weigh the back of the car down.

The kit is $429.00 and a person with reasonably good mechanical ability should be able to do the swap in a day pretty easily.

Took me about a day and a half to do both the front and rear. The hardest part is getting the old rusted parts off the car.

I am thinking of doing this conversion. What exactly does the kit consist of? Is it the full SVT upgrade, or is it just the rears?

FRPP was carrying two kits, a front and a rear conversion.

Problem now is that Ford discontinued the SVT rear caliper bracket and without it FRPP can't produce their kits, I'm waiting to hear back from FRPP to see if they've manage to resource the brackets so they can continue the kits or not.

The fronts are no problem at this point.
