???Sport edition aluminum rims with worn winter tires on them for 16" wheels . Tires say 195/60R15. 4 bolts.???

Which is it, 15" or 16"?

They look like 15"s.

I would almost be scared to buy them if the seller thinks that 16" rims will fit 15" tires...
