Ok, today I'm driving and the 2-3 shift felt not even close to right, under really light acceleration it feels almost like a hang, but under close to half (3500 RPM or so), it feels like a slip. It hesitates, revs slightly higher than shifts. Its only the 2-3 shift. Car has 37500, 1500 past warranty (yipee). Any ideas? Is there any TSB's out.

I had a reprogram done in july for a hanging 3-4, but that was a hang for upto 30 seconds then a normal shift, this is on the 2-3, and it hangs for a half to a second and seems to rev 200 rpms, than shifts.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Um, are you sure it doesn't have 5-100 powertrain coverage?

I'm pretty sure its 3-36, but I got a free extenda warranty from tenvorde ford, probably a huge deductable.

so i brought it to Elk River Ford, nothing wrong, the car didn't slip on the way home, so hopefully it doesn't act up any longer.
