Hey guys,
been a long time since I was on-line
I have a question. I have the audiofile system in my focus and I was wondering if there is an after market kit available that I can use for my focus.
I would like it to just be a cable or something that goes from the aux to an 8th inch adaptor.
I use a smart phone as my mp3 player.
is this do able?

The Ford Triptunes kit works pretty well.
You just use the headphone output from any audio source and plug into the Triptunes input, it works like an FM modulator except that it goes inline with the antenna and shuts off the external antenna so you get pretty decent sound without any interference like you get with a normal FM modulator.

Yeah I have them in stock, it's actually $38.50.
I have one in my car, I don't use it much though because I have a crappy MP3 player and I think my ignition coil interferes with it so I get a little electronic interference that other people don't seem to get.
Could also be that I need better grounding for the unit too.
Given proper antenna lead adapters this thing will work on ANY car with a 12 volt charging system.
Here's where the input is installed in my car as per instructions,
And my crappy MP3 player,
.

It plugs into the antenna input, as mentioned earlier. That's why it will work on most any stereo.
