Nitrous is scary on these cars, I know it's cheap but I wouldn't touch it.

You know where I'd point him.

Just to make sure - I know we like FSWerks, but I'm not sure how they are with Zetecs. And I know you like Unique. Forgive my cluelessness, but which one were you thinking?
Let's go boating.

there was a red svt focus at the rice killers meet this saturday at running aces casino running a 125 wet shot, he seemed pretty confident in it, but i agree with you steve it does seem scary from the stories i have heard.

Sooo if I did want Danny at DB to do my svt tune, would I need to buy a flasher? Could he just dyno tune? Whats the difference?

Thanks

Just ordered an FSwerks tune today for my svt. Unique was priced higher and I can't see there being much difference.

It sounded like he wanted a power adder so I was thinking FS Werks and their upcoming turbo but just for a tune I'd say FSW or Unique.

I'm going to agree with pappy here.... krypto is the last person you want to be talking to about anything with an engine 125 shot is not safe on these engines...

Becides I have living proof of a SVT Focus that ran that funny gas... If your ok with droping about $1000 far a used engine that is your choice...

It's totally worth it, a stock SVT dynos about 140 hp and 128 lb ft at the wheels.

My SVT with nothing more than a tune did 154 hp and 140 lb ft, not to mention fixing a bunch of the stock tuning glitches these things have.

Get a tune, it's worth it, FS Werks or Unique Tuning 8)
k so why did mine do 156 hp and 146-150 trq at the wheels at high teck and i have no tune or any of the ford software updates, remember when i swapped the engine in it had 6060 on the od. :? it came from a 02 blue plaine svt. also chris i do belive his name was kept saying ,"hmmm thats not normal for this car", and " you know your manifold switches over at 4900rpm its kinda late, i like to see 4-4300rpm".
