Picked up an Eibach kit with sway-bars and all three FSWerks stress-bars some time ago and finally found the time to start the install this week. Sooooo.... After nine hours, four snapped bolts, cuts and scrapes on just about every finger, exploding brake fluid and my eyes swelling from rust flying into them I CAN OFFICIALLY SAY: i don't even have the god-damn knuckles off yet, lol. I suck at cars

That's what I use too. PB Blaster is good stuff. Kroil is the best off the shelf stuff hands down, but you can't buy it retail.
Here's a good article on rust penetrants:

Just did shocks, struts and springs in my SVT yesterday and we did the suspension and a rear bar in Pappys 100k plus beater as well and got through without a single broken bolt and very little swearing

You guys are really pissing me off with all this work you are doing on your cars. My wagon's been neglected for years. Nothing fun or nice to see. Poor wagon .

Yeah, but your wagon is still cooler than my car.

A friend asked me if I wanted a frozen banana, I said "No, but I want a regular banana later, so Yeah."

Alright, so I've been hacking away at these bolts on the knuckles that clamp the ball joints in for a day and a half now. Heat gun to get it nice and warm, pb blaster and an air hammer and neither side is budging at all. Wtf do I do now... any ideas? also, as I'm now a day and a half behind schedule anybody feel like helping throw in an eibach kit and some sways in the robbinsdale area? Tonight or any time this week? Maybe? I'll buy beers! 612-558-1894

You could try a propane torch, just be sure to stay away from your CV boots and any other flamable bits.
I've used an air hammer for that exact thing before with no trouble at all, have you tried a big hammer? Once again watching out for the CV boots.
I'd volunteer but with the kids and my wifes schedule I wouldn't have any time until the weekend.
