turbo manifold, turbo and turbo mount deal for 60 bucks. turbo has minimal shaft play. good deal?

I was thinking about turboing my tiny little geo metro. its awefully boring to drive, so maybe that could help. so we will see, no one wants to ride with me over to see it. Idk
