Have a buddy with a ford expedition... Has a battery light on, replaced the battery and still on, had alternator tested and is good... Any ideas?

Does it have an internal or external voltage regulator?

Lol, well... Honestly idk, but I cleaned the terminals and power washed the motor and it went alo. Lmfao
